Cancellation Policy

I completely understand that things happen! If you need to cancel, please do so at least 48 hours before your appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to a $30 cancellation fee. MISSED APPOINTMENTS / NO-SHOWS: Failure to cancel an appointment or not arriving for a scheduled service is considered a No-Show. No-Shows are required to pay 50% of the services scheduled before rebooking. LATE ARRIVALS: If you arrive 15 minutes late, your service may need to be rescheduled if it cannot be completed within the remaining time. I will make every effort to accommodate you, but this is not guaranteed. If we do not hear from you 15 minutes after your appointment start time, it is considered a No-Show and will be treated as a missed appointment, including the 50% service fee. Saturday spots are high-demand, so the full fee applies to missed Saturday appointments. Thank you for your understanding and support!
